GACK! Poor pets! Or maybe these were poor army dogs - even more poor then! I wonder what the SPCA had to say about this! My cat is looking to jump out the window! Good thing it's closed! Keep us educated about human (un-)kinds nasties! Hopefully some of us will convert to animal lovers in a few centuries! (Possibly before the next dinosaur era!) :-)
