Description
P Black was taken into custody today by the Pluto Patrol, for illegal immigration of numerous reptile people. Included in her crimes, was the transportation of a young reptile boy to the restricted zone of Mars.

Now you raised a lot of questions. Why do reptile people need to immigrate? Or why are they not allowed too? And are cat people the only ones they can go for help? Why is there a restricted zone on Mars? Nice one, Joe.

I have the same questions as Ikke. Also wondering if this illegal immigration is desired by the immigrants or is it perhaps a compulsory trip sponsored by a wealthy businessman who will them allow them to work off the cost of the trip in one of his low paying, menial labor positions that, given the choice, most people don't want to fill.
Or am I reading too much into this?

Outstanding work on this one, Joe! Great storyline to go with it. I suspect a ring of slavers - or worse - are at the bottom of this.
