Modelling/render: Strata 3D Pro 3.71
Post work: Ulead PhotoImpact 8
Not a whole lot to say... just really liked the composition, mood and lines.
Raytraced with a 10 x 10 light array of spolitghts, 1" apart, at 80" above the objects.
Raytraced with 64 bit oversampling, Anti-Aliasing turned off, and rendered at 150% of this size, before worked on in my image editor (slight enhancement to bring out contrast there, then reduced size for posting).
Back to the drawing board. ;)
