I see that white paint/covering on your own olive trees: I have no idea what the white is for, but it sure makes a beautiful visual accent. A splendid shot, with all those sun-lit leaves, and the tangle of the branches and leaves, so typical of olive trees. A big intense shot of these beautiful trees, with lots of shimmering lights across the leaves. Again, zooming brings out so much of the beautiful detail. It must be wonderful to pick olives on your own land, and watch them grow to fruition...
