with some research I think it is a 1938. the oldest car I have ever drove was a 1938 Buick straight 8 there were 3 cars on a trailer in a parking lot. the driver was checking the chains. the owners and their antique cars were on their way to San Antonio for a picnic antique car show it was raining while I took some pictures. I did not want to pass up the opportunity

Great picture and car. it is a 39 or earlier. After1939 all headlights were incorporated into the fenders.

Fine looking paint combination on this wonderful old gem! Those wind turbine a/c units on the sides of the windows were quite the invention at the time! I wonder how well they worked?
