I am 58 years young, live in Johannesburg, South Africa and I'm a true product of my continent. I love the bush, the animals, sunshine, sunsets - oh well, anything to do with nature. I am unmarried and have three sons - 37, 33 and 30 respectively and three granddaugters aged 12, 6 and 4 respectively and obviously the light of my life! Photography has always been a passion and I have loved it since I can remember. I was still using a SLR camera and only switched to digital only in late 2007! My other passion is travel and I have been lucky enough to have travelled fairly widely. There are however still many, many places I would love to visit "one day." I am truly an amateur photographer and do it merely as a hobby. So please be gentle when you comment on my work. :-) Thank you Piet, my dear friend, for convincing me to place my work on Renderosity. You owe me one! Hugs, Carin xx

Excellent work again, and I agree with you, this is the worst change ever.

And the gold medal goes to Rendo...AGAIN!

Beautiful capture! Not sure if it's Rendo itself or the fact that they are trying to do away with Net Neutrality in the US or maybe both....

I haven’t seen the “new” Renderosity yet (we’re in Savannah, and all I have is my phone), but it can’t be worse than what we went through with the “Revolution” a couple of years ago! Hang in for a while and see what happens.

If you quit now you’ll have to send us your photos individually like this cracking shot. National Geographic TV has started a new series “Aerial Africa”. The first two episodes dealt with South Africa showing several game preserves and several cities including Jo-Burg from the air. Your country is quite spectacular, Karin.

Such a sweet shop of this mama and her cubs. I agree the new layout is confusing but I hope you'll continue to share your wonderful photos.

Those cats don't know how great they have it....lounging around waiting to be fed. Wonderful capture, Carin. And I've found very little has changed since the last Renderosity renovation, which, if nothing else, ravaged our avatars and my numbered files. Just hang in there for a little while longer.
