Description
Long ago, during the 2nd era of a world called Tahnyre there were many heroes. But two would stand out, Not only due to thier height, but thier deeds...
Stewart the Orcslayer, a lord in his own right would find himself pulled into the world of Tahnyre by and old enemy that stole his lands, his wife and his life. He would, over time slay his enemy and Warrior-mage called Segur the one armed, and on that victory would re-create his life and all that was taken from him. He would rise to become King of New Frack and fight many wars and unite the entire continent, including all the races of light to defeat evil many times during the remainder of his long life. For he didn't just have his own wits and steel, he had a friend.
Maynard (Doorknob) of Breton. From his size and looks he was taken as a illegitimate offspring of the king of Breton's queen. As he bore no resemblance to the king or the queen, but it was certain he issued forth from the queens loins. He was taught to read and fight and treated as a bastard. He would leave Breton to become a sell sword on the continent of Tahnyre. He likely would have been little more than a large oaf and a drunkard had he not fell in with Stewart in the early days. Yet Stewart saw potential and managed to halt, for the most part, maynards drinking. Stewarts gamble payed off as he learned his large companions true talent, Killing dragons. By the end of Maynards time he had slain seventeen dragons. He had been washed in dragons blood so many times that he no longer needed to wear metal armor (Had there been metal armor large enough). Maynard was Stewarts Champion and closest freind and the two always backed each others actions. Eventually, Lord Maynard would return home and take his country and rule it as its king, but he would always return to Stewarts side when called.
It is rumored that they did not die, That they, with thier wives sail west with the elves never to be seen again. But there would, at times of struggle and strife would arise whispers that two very tall men would come and cause trouble to those that sought to cast Tahnyre into the darkness of evil.
Believe it, or not...
