Description

It's easy to have a gentle demeanor when you're a troll over eight feet tall, have the strength of a dozen men, and can swing what most mortals would call a "wristbreaker" bladed weapon around like it's a cardboard-and-plastic Halloween pitchfork. Not many things will upset you, and you can take a "big picture" perspective on life. Technical details (for those interested or with spare time) - I ran multiple passes through various Fotosketcher treatments and composited in GIMP. The goal was emulating the type of color treatment and watercolor work one might find in an illustration in a pre-WW II children's fairy-tale collection. I used the venerable old Genesis Troll as my base figure and tweaked him with other, minor morphs. I also did some minor touch-up and retinting on his skin textures. Gentle Jack himself is a character I sometimes entertain the neighbor's kids with. Enjoy!
