This diagram provides information on how her "organs" interact each other; it is a functional diagram. It is highly simplified, but I put it in order to make you have a better understanding of some of Oulieva's reactions and behaviors. We see, for example, how her breathing works for cooling off her internal brains. In making stories involving humans, there is no need to explain these details; we all know our anatomy. We can feel the feelings of a story character; that makes us understand the story. We cannot use the same method for understanding an android story. Androids have a very different anatomy, a very different "metabolism,” a different "awareness,” a different "sensitivity", a different "life-cycle,” ... so many differences in spite of their resemblance to humans. They are, however, able to make us empathize with them.
