another of your 'glassy' pieces, where it looks as if you've caught countless shards of glass swirling in and out of each other, and getting into really heated arguments. It could also be metallic surfaces---anything with sheen. In this piece, the surfaces are small, and everywhere...In spots, they converge with such intensity, they form a kind of mixed-up 'meld', where the shapes blend into long swirls and whooshes. And your hues reflect the density that occurs as luminous surfaces collide and overlap: Lots of spots where vivid hues---of which you have many, here---meld into muddy dark grays and blacks.
Big energies here; and a real 'din'. In German, the term "Sturm und Drang" (storm and stress---in case you don't know it), is cognate with our "storm and throng"---"Drang" being cognate with "throng". The idea of 'throng' is a confluence of so many energies, the whole becomes shattering and incredibly intense. That describes this and pieces like it. A wonderfully powerful throng.
