Description
For many years, I knew someone who struggled with depression. It's so debilitating! It can ruin lives! So hard to treat. There's no easy way through this terrible dis-ease.
This person tried St John's Wort, Ginseng....You name it! NOTHING worked. Amway motivational tapes.... Not a thing! Everyone appeared to be perfect in every way, apart from that someone I know.... Poor self-worth with a capital P!
That person was ME!

sorry to hear, depression is sooo bad i had it for some time...mine was not so hard (i´m fine now)but the time i had it was the worst time in my life! big hugs for all the ones struggling with it!

She's really beautiful! I've had a bought with depression myself while stuck in the hospital for five months... I was fortunate enough to be able to find my way out of it through regaining my independence, but people who haven't experienced it just don't understand how debilitating it can be!
