Description

There was a challenge on Flickr called Camera Dance. This required a bit of cheating as my point and shoot does exactly that...it has no facility for long exposures making this challenge very tricky. So I managed a slightly blurred picture and then used Topaz filter Abstraction II to get this effect, and another one on Flickr, Here
