Description
My gallery was starting to look a little drab, so I thought it was time for some color!
This is from our day out at the Hidalgo Pump House in March.
Bougainvillea is always a favorite of mine when we're down south.
Photoshop/Topaz on everything except those little white centers. :)

A beautiful plant but you have to keep an eye on it. We had one when I was a child and it covered half the garage before my father had it cut down.

Wow this is a fabulous capture of this bright bouganvillia. I too love seeing them when I go to Australia, it is a bit cold for them to do well here. 😀

I so wish we could grow these here. In theory I could have one in the studio, buty I am hopeless with house plants. Love the postwork.

this has to be seen full size: It has all these sensual swirls and swirl-grooves, and the leaves and petals do this undulant dance...it's sumptuous! And the pink-tinged reds against those bright greens make great complementary colors. Even the branches river into the thing like living snakes. Beautiful work with filters: It pulses with life and dance rhythms. I love this.
