Description

Not only planes, it was 2014, a hundred years earlier the first world war started. This armored vehicle has been restored to working condition for those commemorations. It's a Minerva. A little history of Kleine Brogel air force base: (this is from memory, so there can be errors in it) After the liberation it was used by the allies, build by the British for the 2 TAF code name B90. Later on it became an airbase for the Belgian air force . It has long been the home of the tenth air wing.

Well it was a fun day, but there was a lot of traffic and it was a long walk from the parking space to the base. The weather was great. And i was lucky with the photo's, i just walked down the line and i did find an opening to put my little camera in to get a shot. For the kids it was more fun, they could do some things with the para-commandos, all terrain drive, some light training stuff....
