Description
someone named Bart was flying over the small city "where I spent one night" early AM with no running lights way before daybreak. I was not able to see his tags to report him. would anyone believe me anyway?
actually it is on top of a steel post. the only truth above was it was dark and I spent the night there. I was out trying to find somewhere to purchase some breakfast
