Had to do this for my health you just gotta be consistent and stick with it tell yourself its as important as any other thing we do in our lives and that its a necessity as much as breathing or eating or anything else we do its getting the right mental attitude a superb image indeed Dee all the best in your fitness regime!!

I can see Bob's comment here, and how it helped inspire you. He's been through a lot too, and his words bear real weight. This is such a creative take on happiness. THe woman seems to be an angel; and she's draped in a muted gold, with draping fabric and gold-laced sheer sleeves. I love the big disc behind her, with those big bold "ribbons" to her left (our right), like big flashes of happiness to remind everyone of the journey. You continue their hues in that long shawl on the bottom. And the disc---made of some rock-like gold---is backed by sparkling fireworks-rays, making this like a woman in front of a gigantic sun. And you cropped it all (so to speak) so that she and the disc fill the whole image, and pop right out to us. Wonderful work, Dee. And the gold and white theme is luminous.
