The easy solution would be to make laws for guns similar to the laws for motor vehicles. Require a license, insurance and registration. Can't buy a weapon without having a license for that type. Can't sell it to someone without that type of license, and if someone wants a more dangerous weapon, the insurance is more expensive. Break the law and pay the consequences fines or jail time. It won't end the problems, but it will be a huge step in the right direction. Great image btw!
