Hey! My name is Beth...I'm 19...I finished studying my a levels at Worcester sixth form college last year. I studied City and Guilds photography, AS Photography, AS Jewellery, and A Level Graphic design. I'm currently living in Northern Ireland...and trying to figure out what i want to do with myself! Nice picture, I like the shimmer from the recent rain, and the lead into unknown darkness. My only advice would be to meter the darker area of your picture.

I think that you wanted to accentuate the obscure nature of the photo, but I would prefer the road to be oriented obliquely in a landscape frame rather than a vertical one, to enhance the endless nature of the road, and I would also not diminish the light too much in order to see some details of the trees around...This time I agree with Derick about the darker area...
