I heard before on TV that the Canadian flag was to welcome visitors. I think it is more than likely to attract visitors to their business. I noticed 3 business flying both flags
took at Bonners Ferry, Idaho which is very near Canada

I loved visiting Canada, but I wish the US would adopt some of their people friendly policies, like their universal health care lol.

Since the correct protocol of the Canadian flag flying a bit lower than The USA flag then I immediately know I am on US soil. I appreciate that this business, at least, is extending a hand of friendship. However, since our dollar is worth only .70 cents in your country I would be cautious of any large purchases. I suspect most of the retail sales profit in either country wind up in Southeast Asia and China anyway.
