This is my sunset nebula image with a few changes in color and after a few filters .

it's a nice picture///but just a few helpful comments///the stars in the BG shouldn't have been twirled//the green mist doesn't look all to beleive-able with those lines going through it//and the star is off balance, it sinks to the bottom left///don't get mad about this comment i'm just trying to help//isn't that what this site is for?///ellaine

very nice, but the grid lines on the corners take away from it. oneminute's suggestions are good.

As I understand it, the scan lines represent areas of electromagnatomic waves that cannot be registered on the sensors, and without enough data the ship's computer cannot extrapolate the image in order to provide a smooth representation. We are one hundred klicks off the event horizon, Captain, and are still feeling effects of space-time distortion. Any closer and we're liable to slide into the vortex, sir....
