Description
a couple of years ago I bought some elephant garlic. I didn't like it, so I put the bulbs out in the garden. This year I got this huge, beautiful flower.

Its naturalised in my garden. Its not much good as garlic (unless the head is roasted whole), but the greens are great in a stir fry! ... basically a garlicky leek.
