Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Yes, we have to be quick before the leaf miners do their dastardly work!

The lighting source really pops out the patterns and textures of the leaves, Helle. Sterling capture.

This is a wonderful, detailed photo of this leaf, Helle! Very lovely what nature creates for us to enjoy.

I've drawn chestnut leaves, but never knew they were 'chestnut' leaves. (I have a pitiful knowledge of botanical types, etc.) Your shot has lots of dark, and lots of light, and it's very dramatic because of it. And the ground seems right underneath the leaves because of your pov, even though I think the ground is a ways below. I also see water on the leaves? Yes? (Either that or you painted them with a glaze, lol.) Imagine telling the insects, "hey---you're ruining these leaves!" They'd shout back, "Lady? Get us some good food---which'll last for weeks---and we'll be happy to leave your leaves alone!" A burst of a shot, esp full size.

Such detail! My eye keeps going to the center, of course. It's like a physical pull!
