ok hard to see but I see part of the tire moving away from the rim..
could this be causing the flat?

The tire looks okay from this angle but the valve could be faulty if you can't fine a puncture. It certainly should be under warranty still!

Yeah, if it's not sealing properly that could definitely be a problem. I'd keep hammering them...
