after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve
i enjoy working with poser, i have such a dinosaur version i use, (p6) wish i had poser 2012 at least. i also use photoshop 7 for most of my work i post here. but more so photography is my main passion, just hope to get a camera again someday.
p.s. not sure how high of a res pic i'm using for this page. take care and thanks a million you all.

This is very fine work.
What a scary story! I'm glad you didn't get hurt, and I sure hope they catch that creep.

I love the luminous greens and blues in this image...and the many orbs. Some are tiny, and a few are big. I love the little dome houses, and the little bong-like creatures---love the reds against their purples too. And the woman visitor who apparently offended the bong-ies...She's got a great pose, like the guy stopped her in her tracks. (And that's a hell of an outfit too---that's gotta be a complicated outfit to put on!) Delightful, with a big celestial background (reminiscent of Mina). Delightful work, Steve. I even like the pink on the rocks, as they move down the image...
I don't know if the police will find that jerk who stole your money. I hope they do, but it's hard in a city of your size. I'm sorry it happened, in any case. And I'm sorry you have to carry less cash. Maybe pepper spray? I don't know. I'm just sorry it happened...

That is so sad and I too am sorry that you had to experience this. Our world is changing and we need to prepare. Love this render BTW, it's cute!

You people, you know the ones coming to a gun fight unarmed...do that stuff in Texas and you're taking your life in your own hands bout 90% of us are carrying, I may be a Democrat but I believe in responsible gun ownership. I believe in strict gun laws but also conceal carry, go ahead and Ban assault type long guns don't need'em but I'm carrying my Sig .40 everywhere it's legal but then I'm a Combat Vet.

Aw, damn! Like you haven't had enough challenges to face..... I hope they catch the POS slimebag. I think I'd have run the SOB down with the car as soon as he turned his back, but then you never know how you'll react when something like this happens.
Anyway, you still managed to create a delightful scene, buddy! Excellent composition and use of color in this, Steve!
I really hope life starts treating you better, bro. You've been through more than enough.

It's very brave of you to keep posting and being so nicely inspired in your graphic artwork, as you've just come across individuals for whom life compares to the law of the jungle… I understand your disarray, but never give in to negative feelings that might hurt you otherwise even more deeply than you'd expect.
