Up in the skies, in a marble palace, is the house of the gods. The gods were born to the union of Darkness and Light. And so their children all chose one of the two to be faithful to, while the palace was separated in two parts, a dark and a light one. And like the house of gods is separated in two parts, so are humans separated in two parts. The ones who serve the Dark gods at night, and the ones who serve the Light gods at daylight. Each god has his own way to travel up to the marble palace. Sometimes they have wings, sometimes they own magical transport items, some have a faithful animal that will bring them home safely. And just like the humans interact with each other independent of ones choice for gods, dark or light ones, so do the gods.
