216.5 CID full race 6 cylinder with vintage speed equipment
has an Offenhouser kit
split intake manifold for more than one carburetor
if I had been the owner, I would have went for a 290 CID. it was far more powerful than the 216 CID, both were awesome engines.
the 1950 Chevy I owned had a 1953 6 cylinder 235 cubic inches and I had put a shaved head after my other one cracked from being too hot.
I could outrun some V8's . surprised quite a few people
