Description
I failed to take a look at the info sign, but this has to be a 1952 or older.I think they started this design in 1948 with improvements in 50/51/ and 52 before totally a new design in 1953

Studebaker was such a great car. One our neighbors always had one--the wife a Studebaker and the husband a Packard. Shame they stopped making them.

I've no idea, i would guess 1950 Champion Regal Deluxe. Several years ago i drove behind a Champion coupe that just had her engine rebuild i don't remember why, the mechanic who did the engine was in my car i only remember that he was unhappy with the driving style of the owner that he was pushing that car so hard. Some time ago i met the owner, it was sad what he had to tell, his wife did all the accountancy, he did all the work, he made industrial machines he was good with his hands and he provided his family with every thing they needed and then some. After his wife died, his youngest son took all his accounts and cars very sad.

I was an eleven year old car nut when this "Bullet Nose" first came out. What a treat to see it again.

Great shot of this Studie, Richard. I've always liked the look of the front end of these Studebakers. It looks like a jet engine intake - and just look at that bumper!

I'd have one in a heartbeat but probably a hard top.
