Description
I was using a 2.8 wide angle lens. the picture is wide but I did not want to to crop
I went to bed at 4:45 am this morning and woke up at at 9 AM. I was taking an old lady to catch a bus that goes to a casino, but the bus did not arrive. found out there was no bus that day. I decided to drive her there. when I left the casino there was a very strong wind along with a thunderstorm. it poured rain until I got back in Texas. it was 68 F when I left and when I arrived in Dallas at 4 AM it was 80 some degrees

Beautiful 57s! Magnificent photo! Quite the whirlwind trip you took on the spur of the moment! Did you win big?

Back in the 80's as a twenty something I really wanted a 57. Couldn't afford one then as they were expensive over here as were all US cars.

The red, or the blue?... I just can not decide. They are both so beautiful! Great photo, Richard!

In my short returns to RR, I always look forward to my sessions in your gallery. This wide angle piece grabbed me the day you posted it: I love the sweep, esp with all the chrome light and dazzle. It's gotta be hard to photograph in these places, 'cause so much gets in the way, and it's such a 'din' to deal with. But this shot makes a big sweep of all the forms; and the lights in the ceiling give great perspective lines to the whole. A big, fun, whooshing shot, and I love it.
