Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Outstanding work Helle. God bless.

I see the artist is left handed, I wonder if you are too. They are supposed to be much more talented than right handers! I do like these, and especially the colours. They are very satisfying as a pair!

Glad to see that you posted these two pieces of immaculate art, Helle. Lots of cool color and fluidity in both. In fact, I'm also glad that you finally showed up after your extended absence from the RR scene. As for cooler weather where you are, that sometimes happens where I live, where it hasn't rained for a year or more.

This is very clever and at first I thought you were posting some vintage artwork from nearly a century ago. The style is as charming as some 1920s artwork I have seen in antique shows and hotel lobbies. You created something colorful, enchanting, and amusing. Wonderful!

Those are wonderful, fun paintings, Helle! Glad you posted these!
My yard is definitely not gone, but it's too bloody hot to mow at the moment.

Well, here is not much left to mow.

Well, haven't done this in a while, but in order to comment on these---while actually looking at them (they're large)---I had to write the comment in a text program, because the RR window blots out your paintings! A big image here!
I love the connection between the two. And you already know what I feel about each image independently, so I'll say that the combo is wonderfully creative. And you have similar deep greens and blues in both pieces, and pinks---they're in the lower wall in the painter portrait, while they're in the woman's gown or blanket in her portrait. And you have that geometric motif in both---I love those; very abstract in a way. And Her painting---in the right-hand image---is a bunch of abstract blobs and geometric shapes. We're seeing the finished piece AND its early stages, here. This is art looking at art; and one wonders if someone isn't painting the guy---a kind of infinite regression...As you know, I love your handling of hues in these, and I love your hues, period; and I love your bold brush strokes and your use of geometric forms, and so on. A terrific duo. The space between them allows us to see them separately, before we fuse them in our minds...
