I feel the same about football as Bernie did. (sadly no longer with us)
It just goes on & on. They play the match then the so called experts dissect it for hours.
Good job there are lots of channels to watch.

I share your sentiments. I do like sports (was really into them as a younger person--I loved playing field hockey), but they have been too commercialized (like most everything else) and "home," "national" teams are composed of so many people who have little to do with the country/locality the team is supposed to represent. It all about $$$. And with that laser focus on profit, comes corruption. People also over dose as spectators of sports which has a brain numbing effect--lots of plain old stupidity evidenced today by many sport freaks.
By the way, cute picture of Bernie--he was ahead of his time--he had the right idea.
