Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Absolutely FAB full size! We still have unbearable heat, it was over 30C in my garden yesterday with no sign of let-up so far.

Loverly color, lighting, and lots of waterdrops in this super shot of your gazania flower, a species I never heard of. 38.33 Celsius in my patio today for most of the day. 39.4 yesterday, so it's cooling off bit by bit. It was a record breaking 46.1 C just two days ago. We have no wind or air circulation. Andrea would never be able to take it.

Another knockout flower shot: Great closeup. I love the textures of the droplets and the tiny ones near the stamen section. Full size is a must, yes! And your crop takes us right into the center: Great deep oranges, great sunburst in the middle (with dark corona), terrific detail. You're doing flowers proud these days, Helle---incl your recent painting. Love this shot.
(And btw: "Gazania" sounds like a name someone made up to 'sound' like a flower. (("What are these?" "Ohhhh---I dunno: How 'bout Gazanias?" "Yeah right, dude...")) It was named after---this is real, now---Theodor of Gaza, who lived in the 1400s. I didn't know that: I looked it up. If I actually knew that, I mean, if I actually learned and logged that fact, I'd be in worse trouble, mentally, than I already am...)

Gorgeous! I love these. They're cheerful in a sort of understated way. Just the right amount of pizzaz! All three are wonderful shots. Love 'em!
