does one need to be a climber to scale down the cliffs? outstanding seascape. I read earlier about a 1300 pound alligator being caught in Aussie that had eluded the rangers for 10 years

No there are parts of most beaches you can get down without too much trouble. Oh and it was a Saltwater crocodile (MUCH more dangerous!!!) and not an alligator! They guess he is 60 years old.
