Very early morning shots of heavy metal seating, adjacent to our AMC theater complex, captured 4/13/12.
I have years of shadow pics from various subject matter in my files.

A wonderful play with shadows, my friend! I'm sure Helle will love it!

I like the patterns those shadows make. Great capture.

OHHH Yes, I do love these shots. You do have such an eye for these things. Shadows can come in such fantastic variations, this included. Keep them coming, Harry. Thank you so much, :D
BTW! Clever to make seats like that. Only they are standing in the wrong place. You could really burn your butt, after it has been standing in the sun... and there isnt much rain it can avoid, is there? But the idea is great for Denmark, where it uses to rain, so the seats cannot collect a little lake. And it is not quite as hot. Only, we havent had rain for 6 weeks, which is really unusual and it has been mush warmer than usual too. LOL!

well I talked about this, so I might as well comment on it. I couldn't resist. Love helle's tale-length reflection...The top one is awash in so many lines and forms, it's a carnival of them. The predominant thing is the furniture; but then we notice how many shadows you caught, and it's a real jungle of forms. And that sharp intense bleached light is so typical of your early morning shots. In the middle shot, you captured a central circle---like it's the shadow of a tv dish. And the chair shadow intersects it beautifully. And the lower chair shadow makes beautiful contrast.
To end it, you go into abstract-land, with a wonderful knot and tie, curvilinear tangle of shadows---with just a few legs sticking into the shot to root us, but not interfere. Love that shot---maybe my favorite only because it's so abstract; and you left the bottom mostly open. Terrific abstract sense. This is a terrific trio, Harry. Great to see these here again too.
