My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Superb shot, Tara! The detail in the shadows is just wonderful. Don't you just love those high ISOs?
Sounds like you and Bill are having a great time.

From the title I expected to see a picture of you or Bill. Maybe that’s because I have a t-shirt that reads:
Built in the forties Original and unrestored Some parts still in working order
As for this image, it is quite brilliant. Great exposure and the composition lead the eye to the white light at the end of the room. The upper brickwork reminds me a little of a spider web.

Wow! So revealing and so unexpected. What a clever idea to leave parts ! Your photo is outstanding, so much to see.

WOW! It looks heavy and dangerous to walk there :) Love the "arch-ceilings" and light from the windows.

Looks like one of those places a rock band would pick for an album cover, nice one...

This is an amazing find. I think I could spend days taking photos of this.

Very nice capture Tara.
The eye automatically follows the brick wall in the middle and then ends up in the windows flooded with sunlight.
