Yeah, you must be fed up by my flower shots, which is almost the only I have to share, so I thought I would change to something else :-P

We had a tiny bit of rain again today, but far from enough and it is a tiny bit cooler too, which is a good thing. But now the sun is back.

(wow, jocko showed up---haven't seen him here for a while!) If Rod is drooling from this shot, he should see all the shots I've seen of your food. It's very hard to look at them when you're about to go to sleep...In full view, this looks---to me---much more like an aerial view of a lava-rich landscape, or a closeup of a caramel landslide; or a super closeup of a bit of honey on bread...amazing rich closeup. And it looks delicious. In this closeup, it's geological, and it's got so many textures and tidepools and craters. Amazing what a loaf of bread can look like, closeup. Love this shot.
