I followed the co-ordinates on the GPS that were given to me in a text message and this is where i ended up, Out in the middle of no-where. I was expecting to be racing on the street or perhaps a race circuit, But instead I am waiting on a goat track in the hills of Italy, The road surface is paved with cobble stones and it is a tight winding track with lots of tight curves and up and down hills, The race distance is 25 miles. I am nervous ... very nervous waiting here alone in the dark, Thankfully it is a full moon and is providing a bit of light, I am only a few minutes early, Hope someone shows up soon and we can get this race started.
