Description
This pic is of Excel, the star of one of the most hilarious anime series ever, Excel Saga. I painted her completely in Photoshop, and I can't believe I almost forgot to include her fang tooth!

Excel Saga is cool, I think Hyatt looks better than Excel, but Il Palazzo is the best one, and do not forget Menchi! Excell has as far I remember, no sword (only a knife for Menchi), and she was a bit thinner.

Thanks for the comments :) Excel did have the sword in the first episode, when she killed the original manga ka.
