Description
I should have called this one DS Not Responding or Render Not Responding or DS crashed twice and lost hours of work... There's not much to this one where my computer would have such a problem, but I did shut down the computer and restart it. Only to get more Not Responding warnings and minutes for them to shut off... Maybe I wasted 5 hours on this, maybe more. I can't say it was worth it. I'm posting it in the Prime Members Gallery instead of the DS Gallery because I don't want DS to have any credit. LOL
Hope no one else goes through this, because it frustrated me enough to want to not create anymore images.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

A very well constructed piece and the final result was certainly worth all the trouble.

"Be wary, wary quwiet we're hunting wabbits!" I really don't think so... I just couldn't resist! Sorry to hear about your problems with this one, but it would be a tragic loss if you gave up! I don't know about DS, but I've experienced similar issues with Poser which I think may be related to textures that either didn't load correctly or simply don't work well with the rendering engine... Just my desided uninformed observation. The image is excellent... And both the babes are beautiful and badass!

Excellent work here Ax!!

exceptional scene and dang! they are very sexy warrioresses
I save my renders almost every time I add something, because one never knows when there could be a power outage or a belch from studio or Poser. I do not use studio. never cared for the interface and I have been using Poser since 2000

Amazing characters and lighting, great work!

Thanks everyone! I just think my laptop has issues with DS because I don't have the same problems with Poser. I'm looking into a rendering app that works outside DS. I'm doing some research before buying it. But there is also a version for Poser. Thanks again!

Well, looking at this image, I have to say it would be tragic if you stopped creating - you have some serious talent, my friend. This scene is awesome despite all the hair-pulling it caused you.
I don't know what specs your laptop has, but DAZ (especially iRay) is pretty taxing and needs a fairly robust system from what I've seen. I have DS on a laptop and a desktop, and it runs much better on the desktop (mainly due to the GTX 1070 gpu, I think).

Thanks Rod. My laptop is new but I'd have to look into the specs. I didn't buy it to do art or music but my main laptop's fan stopped working so I had to move my art apps to this one. I found an external fan for my main laptop which is very powerful so maybe I'll have to copy everything over to that one and see if things improve.

Some images just fight you all the way, but there will be other ones that magically come together. And yes, the biggest, baddest machine you can buy is what DS will be the happiest on. Until they update to DS5, and then it will be back to the store for all of us ;)
