I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Amazing insulator designs! Most surprising news about Richard's uploading dilemmas! Hope he gets it sorted out quick! Thanks for the news! Will be watching to see if I face similar troubles.

They really are VERY pretty.

Very cool capture my friend, would love to visit your pad and see these in person. I love the insulators myself, used to have a bunch, but not as many as you. I have one left from my childhood collection.

I think of all the ones I threw away. great capture and they must have small lights inside?

I don't know why Rendo flipped the main image with the thumb because I almost messed up with that lol, and I guessed that I had to click the "Image" button to make that my choice. When they make these changes there should be "hover" instructions for dummies like me lol.... (Nice image btw!) Hope Richard's problem gets fixed asap!

Great image, and I had no idea about Richardphotos... well since my time here is now limited, I hope he gets it solved.

Good heavens, when I first saw these I thought you had amassed various little glass bottles with various colors of ink. A fine pov on these self lit insulators as they retreat into the darkness. And Richard's problems remind me of the lack of postings and comments presently on Renderosity.

Wowser! This is great! I love the way the glass is displayed, with the holes and light bars. Thatโs so clever! Thanks loads for this. It makes me want to go to the next insulator show!

Oh, you'd be like a kid in a candy store! ๐

You used to be able to find those along the old defunk rail line when I was a kid, haven't seen any in years.

These are beautiful! We had a candle shop in my home town that made a mold from an old insulator and made candles in that shape. I still have one.

Charming capture!

Can't believe the colors!

Fantastic colors, Rod. I hope Richard gets his problem sorted out. Man, those colors! Keep up the good work! :-) And, today was cool and breezy! Last night, rain and thunder as hell. Hit the garage twice, so I literally bounced out of bed. But those nasty weather men are apparently trying to cook up some more hot weather for the week end. Hop they fail! :-)
