Description
1960 Chevrolet Bel Air (red) 1961 Chevrolet.
I did not care for the 60 style, but I really like the 61 thru 66 Chevrolet's. I had a 65 Chevy Impala . I had traded in a 71 VW bus that got really good mileage. I ran out of gas twice in one day from being use to putting in 3-4 gallons and drive all week. The Chevy had a big thirsty V8 and I had a heavy foot. I was close to gas stations both times

Lucky you and gas stations! Quite the adjustment for you, I'll bet! I must say, these old cars seem to be holding up rather well for being planted in the dirt like that. I suppose the story below the dirt line isn't so pretty though. A fine photo!

Neat shot of this unique display, Richard. Yeah, I had a heavy foot too in my younger days - which is why it's a good thing i could never afford a muscle car back then. I'd probably still be in jail....

This looks like it's a fad in that area. And I always brought several friends with me to push my car when it ran out of gas lol...

I was just stupid enough to drive people anywhere and everywhere and not charge a cent! So glad I wasn't funding one of these monsters!
