Ditto to the above. With Andrea, this is brilliant. Your painterly effects have done more than just give it a paint-on-canvas feel: You've flattened the background to make it a fine ornamental design (like fine ornamental work), and brought out the flower as a fine-line drawing as well as a painting. The lighten-ing of the background really sets off the flowers; and the background has beautiful bright greens and yellows. A total success.
