Description
the single star flag is the Texas State Flag, as in one republic for those not acquainted with Texas history.
I went this morning to get my off road tires balanced and noticed the flags across the street was blowing hard. decided to drive over after my 4Runner was ready. the particular street is not even safe to drive on, little lone crossing on foot.
yesterday while I was cutting grass, my sinuses started running crazy. I had to throw my mask away. last night I only had less than one hour's worth of sleep. this morning I was doing okay, but they started again. I have a pile of tissues on my desk to keep check on my nose. hopefully I will be able to sleep tonight.
I have not had sinus problem like this 30 years. probably will go to the doctor in the morning

Cool shot of the flags, Richard.
A lot of folks (including my wife) are having unusual sinus issues lately. I think it's all the smoke and crap thrown into the air from all the wildfires everywhere. I saw a news article about smoke from the west coast making its way to New York. It's pretty frightening the way things are going..

In my experience, it is better to let your nose run free so that any particulates in the atmosphere can escape which will stop the sinus in its tracks. On this occasion, I think it may be residual from the fires in which case, there's little you can do. My concern about drying up a runny nose is that it can cause sinusitis which is even worse!
