Description

Hello Rendosians ! I'm back from my vacation on the Danube and I've seen some wonderful places I will share with you :-) The first upload is Budapest : the state capital of Hungary ! Budapest counts 1 730 000 inhabitants and is composed of two towns : Buda (on the left side hand) is on the slope of a hill, Pest (on the over side) is on a flat plain. Buda and Pest are linked by several bridges : the most famous one is the "Chained Bridge" (Széchenyi lánchíd) in the foreground. Built in 1839-1849, it was a revolutionary technology at this time. The over famous building in Budapest is the parliament : it is located on the right side of the image, next to the Chained Bridge and has a red dome. During my visit, I had the pleasure to discover a very pleasant forward-looking town with a great history : churches and markets mix with driverless metropolitans ! J'ai vraiment raté quelque chose...j'ai en effet juste traversé la banlieue de Budapest alors que j'allais à Pecs...(et retour). Superbe photo, avec un bel éclairage, en outre fort bien composée. Toi, au moins, tu ne mets pas des fils électriques (ou autre bizarrerie) au premier plan !

Une vue à couper le souffle sur une ville au passé prestigieux et où j'imagine il doit faire bon flâner, avec un passage obligatoire aux Bains Széchenyi ! (un rêve à réaliser pour moi ! ). Cette photo panoramique est superbe et donne des envies de voyage de dernière minute. J'attends la suite avec impatience, Virginie !

Beautiful capture of this city Virginie. I plan to see it in the future, as a matter of fact I have spoken with my cousin about it. The other city I have not seen is Vienna. Great info by the way Virginie!
