Is the "water" meant to look like "shower curtains" or "drapery"? If so, that's a very interesting surrealistic idea. If it's meant to look like water, there needs to be some spray, splashing, etc.

As it's an impossible waterfall (it can't be falling over two sides of an impossible floating island at once without a source - and it doesn't have one) It's definitely intended it to be surrealistic!
