Description
This type of sea serpent has gills, but can rear its head out of the water to snatch a quick meal. Never assume that a sea cave is not occupied.

Very nicely done. A few points to make it look even nicer. Where you've added water dripping from the snout, you should blur it a bit, as the rest of the monster is slightly out of focus. Also, the water could do with more reflection to it.
