A while back I rented a council house in the West Lothians notable for two features that seperated it from the usual municipal design, it was built from breeze blocks no domestic hammer drill could penetrate and the other was a previous owner had replaced the government approved stair rails with beautiful wrought iron work like above, no idea why but it looked great. Excellent composition, sorry for the ramble.
