Captured 12/27/10 at the same park I snapped the foggy park photos shown over the past few days. This time it was all bright sun.

Well, I said I'd be back another time before I took another break from RR, and I'm back, to my great pleasure (as always). I'll do mainly recent uploads this time---since I do so many 'back' uploads, most of my sessions here. But I want to get a couple of older ones before I do.

This was beautiful---well, it still IS beautiful; but it reminded me of home when I first viewed it, and your light is just beautiful. It spills all over those leaves, and almost obliterates the far distance...and it leaves long rich shadows too. And the reds of the playground area are harmonious with the reds in the leaves. When I see a big pile of leaves like this, I don't normally think of LA---even though you do get them, of course: But, from habit, It feels more like a northerly clime to me. And in any case, it's a beautiful shot, from dissolved background to spilling light, to beautiful shadows, and sea of beautiful leaves; and that play area back there---even the person back there is wearing red! A luscious shot. And given that the grass is so green---in Dec---just that it must've been nice to have that, given what's happened to LA since. Beautiful.
