Description
A routine job. Several months after the new diving law was brought in, a sonar buoy identified two echoes. Two harbor patrol divers with rebreathers made from seized stabjackets, find that they were two unauthorized sport scubadivers; one had a powerful-looking compressed-gas speargun and was summarily shot with an underwater ultrasound gun; the other was arrested and his stabjacket was inflated to surface him for arrest and trial.
