Description
Wanted to a simple image with my character Brianna Smart AKA Outburst actually putting her powers on display. Trying to get the feel for a new Photoshop action I just got.

The effect looks amazing... try to apply it only on the outside of your character or inside if you use inverse selection. Nice work!
