Gods wrath silenced you
silenced the lips that used to speak
the lips that touched mine
touched more than flesh
flesh that ached
ached for comfort
comfort I found in you
you whom I love
Love that can not be
Your touch healed me
healed my broken soul
the soul that longs to feel
feel the safety of your embrace
an embrace of trust
trust that I had not known
known to exist until you
How many times I have tried
tried to dismiss the longing
the longing to feel you within
within my being
being within my reach
reaching to "Be safe"
Be safe within the arms
the arms of the only one
the only one whom I have loved
loved and still love

I miss him :( *sniffle* darn 1700 miles.

Anyway, took this with my webcam. and because my webcam was a walmart special, and really really sucks, I had to try to fix myself up. Nothing like having your face diffused to hide the tear stains huh?
used photoshop 7 for that

awww- well- it's a great title & the diffused you looks pretty good, can't see any tears, the poem is great, sad but great! I hope things will turn out for the best (my mantra lately)

Great poem something any of us who have been in love understand! Reminds me of those words It is better to have loved then never to have loved at all!

Am wiping the tears off the keyboard. Very touching image and moving poem. "Hurts so good", lovely to look at, painful to feel. Wonderful work and feeling.
